Shipping Terms: When an order has been received your books are usually dispatched within two business days.

Refund Policy: Our refund policy is very simple: the customer must be satisfied. Thus all our books are covered by our 14 day no quibble guarantee, which means if you're dissatisfied you have up to 14 days to return your order for a full refund.

How does it work? Very simple: just let us know within a couple of days or so about your intention to return your order then as soon as we receive it back we'll process your refund in full. What about the postage costs?

As far as postage goes, if you're returning an item because you've changed your mind or because you've realised you already own a copy or whatever, in such circumstances we'll refund the purchase costs in full but the postage will be down to you.

However if you're returning an item because you feel it's not up to the way it should be, like it's not as described, then in such circumstances we will not only refund you in full we'll also reimburse all your postage costs.

That said rest assured the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied and we hardly ever get any items returned. Hence the fact we have a five star seller rating at venues such as ABE Books and Amazon, etc.
